We are running for Town Board because we believe Tuxedo’s greatest strength lies in its people, and that lasting progress comes through collaboration, accountability, and community pride. Our goal is to ensure that town government works efficiently, communicates transparently, and always puts residents first.

 

• Fiscal Responsibility and Smart Growth

 

With a strong backgrounds in finance, project management, and real estate, we understand the importance of sustainable budgeting and responsible development.

We are committed to maintaining some of the lowest property taxes in Orange County while identifying opportunities to responsibly grow critical programs such as recreation. 

 

Smart financial planning today ensures a stable, prosperous future for Tuxedo and allows us to maintain the high level of service our residents expect and deserve.

 

• Supporting Our Workforce and Town Operations

 

Every department, from the Police Department, Highway Department, and Town Hall operations, deserves equal support, proper staffing, and recognition for the essential services they provide.

Residents deserve clear communication and confidence in their local government.  We will advocate for open dialogue, regular updates, and measurable follow-through on town projects.  Our focus is on transparency, responsiveness, and results, ensuring that town initiatives are completed efficiently, on time, and with visible benefits for the entire community.

 

• Revitalization and Responsible Development

 

Revitalizing the Hamlet and Southfields districts is one of our top priorities.  Thoughtful development can strengthen our local economy, expand our tax base, and bring new energy to our community, all while preserving the small-town charm and historic character that define Tuxedo.  We will be proactive in pursuing and soliciting local business to expand our tax base and provide new establishments for our residents to enjoy.

 

• Community Partnerships and Engagement

 

Tuxedo thrives when its residents, schools, businesses, and civic organizations work together.  We will continue building strong relationships with the Tuxedo Union Free School District, Lennar (Tuxedo Reserve), local business owners, and community groups to promote cooperation and shared progress.  Our focus is on ensuring that every voice in our town is heard and that every decision serves the collective good of our community.
